Belper, an historic market town, with lots of independent shops, eateries and a beautiful river garden is only a mile away.
Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Matlock and Matlock Bath, and the popular market town of Bakewell, also only a short drive away. The property is surrounded by countryside and nearby popular destinations include Carsington Water, Cromford Canal, Black Rocks, The Tissington and High Peak Trail. It's the perfect location for families, as the property is only a short drive away from Gulliver's Kingdom at Matlock Bath, Little Monkey's Play Area at Darwin Forest near Matlock, Matlock Park Farm and The Play Mill at Cromford. Slightly further afield are Alton Towers and Peak Wildlife Park.

Bee Cottage is a stone and brick-built property and boasts three bedrooms: One master king sized bedroom with ensuite shower, an additional king-sized bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds.
The luxury family bathroom has a vaulted ceiling, underfloor heating, a large walk-in rain shower and a beautiful cast iron rolltop bath.
The cottage is beautifully decorated with porcelain tiles, cast iron radiators and many original features.
Two cosy and inviting reception rooms: one with a log burning stove and the other with an original 18th century exposed stone wall and fireplace.
A large open plan country kitchen and dining room with an Everhot range cooker and large dining table with seating for six. This area also enjoys access to a private courtyard garden to the back of the property with countryside views.
Off the spacious hallway is a separate utility room with a butlers sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Perfect after countryside walks!
The cottage also offers Wi-Fi and two smart TVs.
All bedlinen and towels are provided and a complimentary welcome pack, coffee pods and a basket of logs are also included.
